Representative Deb Mell has been determined to make a difference for businesses, industries and working families in the 40th District. Rep. Mell was the House sponsor of the Statewide Microloan Program which the Kedzie Elston Business and Industrial Council helped create and develop. KEBIC is appreciative and supportive of all Rep.
